Camp is awesome, rain or shine. This morning the CAs woke us up by declaring the day CATURDAY! That’s right, not Saturday but Caturday! SO what did we do? We dressed up as cats, of course! A camp filled with 300 cats, perfect for welcoming our Explorers!

That’s right, today we welcomed 25 Explorers and their families to Greeley for a tour and an extended visit. Our Explorers will stay overnight in the yurts and enjoy 24 action-packed ours of CTT fun. The goal? CTT 2017! We hope to see you next summer, Explorers!

Though a beautiful morning it was, the afternoon brought a total downpour so we enjoyed extended rest hour and FORT BUILDING! A CTT favorite! Each bunk turned their cabin into a themed fort: think “Under the Sea,” Emoji-land, “Nemo’s world” and more! The girls have been begging for this rainy day activity, so it was a welcomed afternoon of indoor fun. We’ll be sure to upload photos!

Tonight? TIMBER TOPS IDOL! YES! The winner will participate in next week’s Pike County Idol! It promises to be a great, albeit rainy, night at camp! But we’re safe and warm, moms and dads!
