Tonight’s banquet was the stuff of princesses and faraway places, “Cassia’s Whole New World!”

Every year, the entire camp dresses in camp officials, while the CAs get all dolled up. Why? Because banquet is all about celebrating our CAs! Cassia has led CTT with heart, kindness, spirit and a deep and genuine respect for their summer home. They are incredible role models for our campers, and it’s easy to see why they’re beloved by all. Thank you, Cassia, for making such a huge impact on all of us and for making Timber Tops a better place than you found her.

Our 9th graders have been working so hard preparing tonight’s banquet all summer! They chose the theme, they painted decorations, they ordered supplies, they chose a menu, and they locked themselves in the dining hall all day to get ready for the most epic, top-secret night. And after thanking Cassia for an extraordinary summer, they announced their own name and song for 2027.

It was a bittersweet but awesome night at camp with echoes of “WE’RE NOT LEAVING” in the air. We are filled with so much love for this place and these people. And we’re so grateful for what has been a summer even better than any Disney movie!
