They say a picture’s worth a thousand words, and we’re letting our photos and videos this weekend do most of the talking. We hope you enjoyed the Week 1 video posted yesterday! And for those with senior campers, we hope you’ll enjoy videos from last night’s lip sync! Fear not, junior parents! Junior lip sync is Wednesday, so you’ll be in for your own treat in the coming days. And although last night’s rain made us move our performances to the fitness pavilion, it was a night filled with *so* much spirit and fun. Now the juniors are even MORE excited about their own performances coming soon.

You may have noticed that we had our first brother/sister/cousin visiting with Lake Owego Camp for Boys today! True, we’re not sure what to say to our siblings after a few minutes together, but those hugs and those smiles say at all. It was so good to see those guys! And for those who have kids at Pine Forest Camp, stay tuned! Brother/sister/cousin visiting with PFC is tomorrow – and we promise to document!

Yesterday on Instagram we mentioned that our 11th graders were headed to Costa Rica! And guess what?! They’re there! They made it! We’re so excited for our CITs to experience Costa Rica with Pine Forest and Lake Owego, too. We partner with Westcoast Connection who runs the trip on the ground, and our campers get the best of both worlds: a totally new adventure with their lifelong camp friends! They’ll participate in meaningful community service, they’ll zip-line, they’ll white water raft, they’ll hang with the locals, and they’ll experience adventure outside of Greeley that has made a lasting impact on *so* many campers over the past two decades. We’re so excited for these kids we could burst. PURA VIDA!
